The Service Dept. - Brewski

The Service Dept. gets a 5 star review. Especially Janelle Robinson and the service technician Jesse, and the shop foreman Jamie. I had work done on my 2024 Sonata Hybrid and was satisfied with the repair, but on my interstate drive home the steering started shaking at interstate speeds. I called Janelle and set a time to bring my car back in. They diagnosed the issue and promptly fixed it. The car is back to driving as it should. A side note to this was when the service admin, service tech and shop foreman told me what was causing the issue I did not agree with the assessment, so they showed me the issue under my car, I still did not agree, then Jamie (shop foreman) instructed me to take it for a test drive after Jesse remedied the issue. They were correct in the diagnosis and fix, and I stand corrected, but extremely happy to have been mistaken. The team was polite and helpful even while dealing with a non-believing customer. I just want to thank them again for their professionalism. (Also thanks to Charles Bullens-Service Manager and Morgan Lewis-Service Adviser for their help).
