As I was standing next to my vehicle, a woman cane by and asked if I needed any help. We tried calling Subaru and told them my password that I had saved in the "Notes" app in my cell phone. The company was of no help. I called Jenkins Subaru and they finally said they would send a boy to unlock the vehicle.
In the meantime, the woman pushed on the password in "Notes" and said, try to open the door. It opened. In the future the Jenkins employees should hand the keys to the customer!
