Everything was ok with the oil change. When the oil change was finished, the employee pulled my Forester into the garage. He kept the motor running. I was paying for the oil change. After I paid the bill, I got into the Forester and drove to Ollies at the top of the hill. After buying some books, I went out to my vehicle. The door was locked and my keys were in the cup holder. As I was standing next to my vehicle, a woman cane by and asked if I needed any help. We tried calling Subaru and told them my password that I had saved in the "Notes" app in my cell phone. The company was of no help. I called Jenkins Subaru and they finally said they would send a boy to unlock the vehicle. In the meantime, the woman pushed on the password in "Notes" and said, try to open the door. It opened. In the future the Jenkins employees should hand the keys to the customer!

Chris Lee was beyond phenomenal from start to end. From the beginning he was very pleasant and even in negotiations he was very easy to work with. Helped me through the whole process in buying my Volkswagen Arteon which I really appreciated. He showed me where the service department was so I knew where to go and showed me all the in and outs of the car. Very knowledgeable guy. My mom will be getting a Passat soon and since I was treated so well by Chris, Joe Holland will be getting the business. I might add that all the gentleman there were very friendly from the managers to the other dealers.

On Dec 1 2022, I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived early as is usual for me, and was immediately taken care of. Not only was the oil changed,but the tires were rotated,a recall was taken care of, but an oil leak on the oil pan was also repaired. I believe this to be excellent customer service, and am in completely satisfied with my experience at Straubs.
