He went above and beyond to get me into the truck I wanted. Overall a great experience dealing with Adam and the rest of the staff was friendly as well, especially Bruce! I don't know where to start. This was my 18th car that I've purchased in my life and this was BY FAR the best buying experience EVER. Josh Staggs was my salesman and he was amazing and made everything seamless. I live in TN, so they had to deliver it to me, so I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe and his Wife Debbie. I came in with an idea of what this issue was. The service dept did a diagnostic check and found out it was something completely different. They fixed the issues and told me to drive it for 300 miles to clear the codes so it could pass inspection. While driving it after the mileage, the check engine light started coming back on periodically for a few days at a time and then went out again. I finally got it back in for the inspection and they found out it is the turbocharger that is bad also and have those parts on order in order to fix that issue. I am pleased with the service I received but wish I didn't need to keep coming back to get the issue resolved. They told me it was covered but would need to keep the car a couple/few days to fix the turbocharger

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - AndreaPij

I had to have my Canyon serviced and between Carmen the Service Manager, Mark the Service Advisor and the Service Foreman Bill S.had done such an excellent job at handling my issue with my Canyon. After numerous times with the check engine light coming on, (yes, they were all scratching their heads) but they worked very hard and many long hours to find the problem & fix it. Mark & Carmen both kept me notified of everything they were doing to make sure my truck was correct & safe. Bill, the Service Foreman had gone out of his way by staying way later to make sure this issue was resolved. These guys definitely need to be recognized for such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really appreciated all the hard work and time they put into my truck and truly look forward to seeing them again for any future services needed but hopefully it will just be an inspection and oil change next time! These guys are really GREAT! Again, I am truly satisfied & would definitely recommend them!

He is very attentive and always aiming to please. He follows up on new sales and checks in with customers to see if they need anything. Inquiries are handled quickly and satisfactorily. I bought a car at Premier in Granville, WV. I was in an accident and had the car repaired at a local body shop. unfortunately there was an electronic issue after and called Premier to get it repaired, I was told by Premier to return it to the body shop. A friend Suggest I contact Astro @ Exit 132 Buick GMC, I did and they made an appointment for me within the next couple of days, they realized it could be a safety issue. they evaluated the car, called me at work and advised of the issue and order the part immediately. Within two days, my car was repaired, it is working again and It is safe for me to drive. This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.
