End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. I purchased my Silverado from Reed in August 2020, and Carlos Blizzard provided a top-notch sales experience from day one. Nearly six years later, I recently returned after experiencing transmission issues, and once again the dealership delivered. I especially want to recognize Josh Goodwin for the way he handled the entire process. Josh is new in his role, but his professionalism, communication, and customer service were outstanding. Transmission problems can quickly become stressful and expensive, but Josh kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I also have to give Reed credit for standing behind its warranty. Having a major repair like a transmission replacement handled under warranty reinforced just how valuable it was to purchase from a dealership that supports its customers well beyond the original sale. The remanufactured transmission arrived ahead of my appointment, I dropped the truck off Friday morning, and the repair was handled efficiently and professionally. Josh did an excellent job representing the dealership, and I hope leadership recognizes the positive impact he is already making with customers. From Carlos providing an excellent buying experience in 2020, to Josh taking care of me during a major transmission repair today, Reed has continued to earn my trust. The people at the dealership are kind abd helpful. This last used car is a disappointment though and I had to have a new set of tires within a few months. This should not be the case of a vehicle costing almost $30,000. I was told the tires had 10% wear left when I purchased, but that did not warrant dealership replacing them.

My vehicle was towed to Bennettsville Ford after an object from the road went through my windshield. The service team was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and even offered going the extra mile by promising me a ride to the nearest car rental company. I was treated with total respect and actually felt like I was working with friends instead of the usual customer/vendor relationship. I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle through text messages and phone calls. I was even called by Judy to inform me that she had moved my vehicle inside the shop since my windshield was destroyed and rain was imminent in the Bennettsville area. I HIGHLY recommend using this dealership for any and all vehicle service work!

Customer service is terrible. I mean this with the utmost respect that their customers service is selective, prestigious and projecting. No matter whom I dealt with with an exception of a few, each staff representative has been rude and sarcastic but being who I am I can also dish it. The moral of the story show more class and patience. I mean I'm here now for an appointment and by the time I was finally acknowledged after the gentleman has already introduced me to women staff where neither even recognized me with a greeting until minutes later as I stood there patiently because out of the two women one I had previously encountered many times who is flat out evil. She has on a yellow shirt and black shorts today with short hair and never shows growth or maturity. But when the other lady finally got to me she spoke as if I needed a lecture before listening and learning. I mean don't be upset with me or any other customer because you're having a bad morning or even if we had bad experiences before, this is a new day. I'm always respectful but I do speak my truth. So no apologies needed just do better in your actions. Edit: 9.3.26 8:47 pm would like to give an updated review on my prior concerns. Although I still recognize that customer services lacks prestigious representation at times, I would like to recognize Sherri for fulfilling her role and duties and ensuring that my concerns were addressed and respectfully identifying what led to the initial review. Mike Brinkman and Frank Nappi the finance manager made our purchase of a 2025 Maverick XLT extremely easy. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and Mike took the time to show my son how everything in the truck worked before our departure. While we were on vacation at Emerald Island I learned about a Front Lower Control Arm Ball Joint Do Not Drive recall Friday afternoon at 4:00 and we were leaving the next morning for a 9 hour drive home. I called Mike and he found a Ford dealer near us and contacted them to arrange an inspection the next morning before we left. He even called to make sure we passed inspection and everything was okay. Crossroads Ford has a great team in Mike and Frank, and Mike especially went above and beyond the type of care one usually sees nowadays. We greatly appreciate it and my son is really enjoying his new truck!

Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

I went this weekend for a specific vehicle I was interested in. They had the best price which is why I made the one-hour trip. Tyler met me at the door and helped me check out the vehicle, test drive, and fill out the application. There was no pressure, no haggling over price since all their vehicles are priced at their lowest option. The finance manager was helpful and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, at the last minute, I needed to sleep on the decision since it was a big purchase for me. They totally understood and I ended up returning when they opened the next day and I'm so glad I did. I am so happy with my vehicle. It's the first newer vehicle I've purchased in a long time! Such a positive experience and not like past experiences when you get chased down by the salesperson and drive you crazy!
