Contacted this dealership about a uses Chevy traverse and made arrangements with Wes Adwell to meet on a Thursday during Christmas week to hopefully buy this car. I had to hire a ride to get there because my vehicle had been in a wreck and was a total loss. When I arrived at the agreed time it took about 15 minutes to find Wes and when he finally arrived he told me the Traverse was in the shop & then it was being driven and not on the lot!! He then tells me I should have called and made an appointment?! HUH???? When I told him that I DID call ( I have the texts to prove it) he lied right to my face and said he didn’t remember any such call. I guess he has an evil twin!!! I just couldn’t believe what just happened so I quickly left. This all happened from late November through December so…just out of curiosity I called the dealership in mid January and guess who answered the phone??? Yep Wes Adwell himself and when I identified myself he went on full defensive mode He denied everything he originally told me ( it would take forever to list all of them) I might have purchased that vehicle and was prepared to negotiate but for the fact that this salesperson is a menace to the dealership he works for
