Greg Taylor is exactly the type of agent people desire - gordon.johnson79

Greg Taylor is exactly the type of agent people desire when seeking a new car. You immediately put your guard down when meeting Greg. Personal and genuine warmth exude from this true professional. After verbally telling us about the vehicle, he enabled my wife and I to take a test ride which enabled to get a feel for what we were getting ready to invest in. All new cars come with so much new technology that it is hard to understand all the capabilities a 2026 KIA Carnival provides. Greg painstakingly went over every technological innovation included in the car. I've never had a dealer spend that much time explaining what all the KIA car offers. KIA Alcoa is fortunate to have such a sales rep on their staff. If we ever are in need of another vehicle, we will request Greg by name!

My name is Danny Lee. - daniellee217

My name is Danny Lee. I am a currently serving Grayson BMW as a Service Advisor and will soon migrate to Grayson Genesis. It has come to my attention that Jordan Coleman has been newly designated as the Fixed Operations Director for Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I applaud this dealer for recognizing the unmistakable quality of the asset they now have on their team. I have known Jordan for the entirety of his decorated career in the automotive industry which spans over the last 15 years. We've done and run business together in numerous facets each with our client base as the focal point in every environment thus far. We were given sage advice early on by those wiser than us. "Take care of people, and the rest will follow" has been our mantra & will continue to be so long as we are in positions to serve our communities. I am eager to see the energy and drive that Jordan brings to the table through servant-leadership cascade outward toward his new team and all those who allow them to earn their business. I can confidently say that the culture there is about to receive a potent upgrade.

One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to... - Matt1

One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .

Great sales staff and a no pressure environment. - MFetty

Vehicles extremely clean and well cared for. - rejection14101

Vehicles extremely clean and well cared for. Had a private mechanic look over the vehicle we bought and they said it was the cleanest used car they ever had for a pre-buy inspection. Dealer changes spark plugs, filters, oil, and in some instances even tires and upholstry. No pressure sales made for a great experience. You can tell the dealership takes pride in what they sell. Would recommend to friends and family to use this dealership.

Jason and his people were great to work with, they stayed - timandjuliawolfe1

Jason and his people were great to work with, they stayed late so we could test drive the car. Had the tires balanced and rotated before we left for home. He even called to make sure we made it back to Ohio !

About over a month ago. - rdilcher

About over a month ago. I bought a Hyundai Tucson. I had one of the best buying experiences. From the moment I spoke with my sales person to closing the deal with the finance person. No hassles from start to finish. Austin my sales person went above and beyond during my purchase. He even checked to make sure the car was what we wanted. Tony one of the finance managers was great. Explained everything thoroughly. It was fast and simple. I would recommend Twin City Hyundai to everyone. You will not regret it. Also, everyone that worked there is nice and made sure I was being helped.
