Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Service staff were very professional. Waiting area and restroom were clean. I have over 50K on my tires, they printed off 3 tire quotes for 4 tires and did not pressure me into buying them. Quotes are good for 30 days.

My family has purchased many cars from Bob Caldwell over the last 30 some yrs and always had a pleasant experience. Today we leased a vehicle and our salesman Derrick Philson was great. We told him what we wanted to see, that we wanted to trade and lease and he didn't try to get us into anything else other than what we came for, which I highly value in a car sales person! Dylan was very helpful and made a video for us showing me the truck and making sure I knew everything about the truck. And the process was very quick and easy. I am more than happy with my truck and I could not be more happy I found this dealership and Dylan as the salesman. I now have the Truck of my dreams!

They fit my vehicle in between scheduled appointments when they had time and had it finished in a couple of days. Even save me some money by adding an online coupon to my bill. Broke my car - Taken advantage of

Took car in for diagnostic. They told me to bring it in they would get to it. Two days later I call they said they couldn't fix it charge me. Then I started it. Sounded like the took exhaust off. They said it sounded like that when I dropped it off. Warning if u leave ur vehicle their it might b missing parts.
