Worked with Mason, Ron and Erika on a 2019 Kia Optima. - 394985

Worked with Mason, Ron and Erika on a 2019 Kia Optima. From arrival to test drive, to discussing financing and warranty options, submitting paperwork, getting approval and registering documents took a total of under 2 hours and we were on our way down the road with our new car. Thanks guys for making this such an effortless event and meeting our monthly budget numbers. Good people to deal with. That '69 blue Oldsmobile Cutlass on the dealership floor was beautiful.

We had a great experience with Robbie and Zach. Knowledgeable and friendly with exceptional customer service. I was looking for an F-150 with a specific specification. They found one and we received it two days later. I highly recommend Graham Automall.

Thank you David Popp for making our experience on buying - lisaswitz12345

Thank you David Popp for making our experience on buying a vehicle more easier than expected. We were looking at a Chevy Silverado and it had just been traded in. David got to work on getting us this pickup. He even helped to detail the truck and get new brakes for it as he didn't want us to have any trouble with it down the road. We greatly appreciate the honesty and all the running around David did that day for us to be able to drive it home the same day. When we are ready for our next buy we will be contacting him.

We had another amazing experience buying our second vehicle from Whiteside. Buying a car or truck is painful for me but Whiteside made the process so easy. They are very customer focused and we will continue to buy our cars from the dealership for many years to come.

Bri made selling our parents van easier then I expected. - Laird

Bri made selling our parents van easier then I expected. It’s not an easy task being left talking care of every thing after someone passes but Bri was so nice. The 2 gentleman who came to pick it up were also very sweet to chat with for a few minutes. The next time we are in the market to buy I would definitely drive them and check out what they have.

The young agent we dealt with was nice, but lacked - MJECOPLEY

The young agent we dealt with was nice, but lacked knowledge about the vehicle. We were not informed that the hvac system was hard wired and unchangeable to Fahrenheit. The car was not cleaned even though he knew we were stoping to possible buy it. I found an open taco packet in the back seat cup holder which I got on my hand. Finally I had to take it to my mechanic. Because it was leaking oil due to your dealership not placing the rubber seal in the right ring on the filter. I would not recommend your dealership to family or friends.

I bought a 2025 Suburban from Mount Joy Chevrolet, which - Milan R.

I bought a 2025 Suburban from Mount Joy Chevrolet, which closed shortly after I bought it, so I've relied on Riverview Chevy for warranty service. After a year of visits, I won't be going back. Two weeks after I bought the truck, the connectivity started dropping out. Riverview's service department told me this was normal and that I needed to take it up with OnStar. After about 20 calls over the last two years, OnStar's senior technicians investigated the issue and told me the problem was the vehicle's software, not their service. Riverview also told me the loud startup noise was normal. Another mechanic has since told me it's excessive, even for this truck. On several occasions, Riverview kept the truck for a full day, and when I picked it up, the work hadn't been done. Last December, for example, I reported a side mirror vibrating at highway speeds. When I picked up the truck, I was told it was fixed. It wasn't, so I brought it right back. It took four months to get the replacement mirror installed. Last Friday, I showed up for a scheduled appointment and was told they couldn't handle the issue that day. I rescheduled for Tuesday and called ahead to speak with Cam, who I understood to be the service manager. I explained that I needed a loaner that seats at least six so I could drive my kids to school, and he confirmed a pickup truck would be waiting for me. When I arrived Tuesday morning, I waited for him, but he offered me a five-seat Equinox instead. I also asked for the claim number he said he'd filed with GM for a rear-seat release that broke. He said he had it but wouldn't give it to me, especially not with my attitude. I had not raised my voice. When I said GM would hear about this, he told me there were plenty of other dealerships I could go to. So I took his advice. The next dealership I called told me that a loaner is standard for repairs under bumper-to-bumper coverage, and that they can get a 6-, 7-, or 9-passenger vehicle through a rental company if needed. My Suburban has 26,000 miles and is fully under warranty. Riverview just didn't seem interested in honoring that or fixing any other problems. On nearly every visit, someone asked whether I'd bought the truck from them, as if that should affect the service I get. Every interaction left me feeling like I was at their mercy rather than a customer they wanted to keep. A warranty is a warranty, no matter where you bought the vehicle. If you own a Chevy, do yourself a favor and stay away from Riverview. Don't make my mistake of giving them chance after chance. Read the other reviews before you book here, because I wish I had. Your time, your money, and your family's peace of mind are worth more than what this service department offers.

Wanted you give a huge shout to laria Chevrolet in rittman ohio! Highly recommend this dealership!! I've purchased a lot of cars in 40 years and they're by far the best. Zane was my salesman and dang, he's good.. Accommodated everything I needed and made my job in looking for a vehicle very easy and actually had concern and care for the customer! Most importantly this dealership is ran by the upmost respectful and honest crew the truly cares to satisfy the customers and help out in anyway possible! I purchased a vehicle AS IS and had a major issue a couple thousand miles in and the dealership could've turned me away due to the AS IS warranty but instead choose to help me out and by me out and put me into a better situation and that being said.. Massive thank you to the guys and anybody needed a vehicle, drive on down to laria Chevrolet in rittman ohio and you'll be happy you did! You gained a life long purchaser.. See you on my next buy!

I wish I could give Baierl Chevrolet 10 out of 5 stars. - Walter Szymanski

I wish I could give Baierl Chevrolet 10 out of 5 stars. Buying from them has been a first-class experience from start to finish. We went back to our salesman, Chase Holly, who was exceptionally professional and made the process easy. We visited this week to purchase another 2026 Equinox, after buying a 2026 Equinox there last November. It was the right time to upgrade our 2021 vehicle, and the financing options Luke Leya provided made the decision even easier. After this experience, we can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else. We’re Chevy for life—and Baierl for life. Thank you again; we couldn’t be happier!

I test drove a used 4Runner on 6-27-26 and had a great experience with staff. I dealt with Garry Book who was laid back and did not pressure like some in sales. I ultimately did not purchase the vehicle because I wanted another Toyota model and they are a Chevy dealership. The vehicle was immaculate and highly detailed before it went up for sale. Just wanted to give them a shout out and would recommend them.
