This dealership works on my Ram Power Wagon, they keep me - ssouthard

This dealership works on my Ram Power Wagon, they keep me alerted when your safety Recall will be repaired, they said it’s been two years and still no hydrology mechanical device is available, how can you let a SAFETY RECALL go that long? I wonder if there is a class action being considered?

Great experience. - Scot.kruger17

I would like to retract this review and thank Rick Royer - JeepGirl

I would like to retract this review and thank Rick Royer for resolving my concerns! I appreciate you taking the time to personally contact me. First I will not mention names, that is not the point of this review. I just wanted to say, I have purchased Jeeps in the past from this dealership, always very kind, the service department excellent. BUTTTT, if you should need assistance AFTER trading a vehicle, refund request on bogus extended warranty, DO NOT expect the same respect. I had a deal with a salesman prior to going on vacation, and he passed me off to a very incompetent Salesman. The "I" and "T" just needed to be crossed. But before the deal was finalized, I asked one last question, he did not care to answer, his response was "I am not even gonna waste my time, running anymore numbers, this is what it is." Mind you, this deal was done before my salesman left for vacation, all he had to do is submit loan info and I would pick up my new Jeep, drop of my trade. He dropped the ball. Soooo, I went to another dealership, and I purchased another Jeep. I still had an extended warranty on my trade. The dealership I purchased the Jeep from, called, LVM with KINGS to help me request a refunded. 2 weeks later we have attempted to contact them 8 times. Even texted my original salesman, said he'd pass it along to the Finance Manager. TODAY still no communication. I am so disappointed. I am wondering, actually, did I even have an extended warranty, or did they just charge me, that is why they are not contacting me. Next step, on my part, LOCAL NEWS. This was just recent...so I know you have my information, and I will be expecting a call, prefer email.

I’ve always been treated exceptionally well at Cronin. - Roland

I’ve always been treated exceptionally well at Cronin. I will say I’m disappointed for the very first time with a follow up from the service department. I have made three attempts to get information on a warranty claim for my Jeep Rubicon that I purchased there last year. I have still heard nothing after being promised the last time when I stopped in, I would hear something by the end of the day. That’s been more than a week ago. Rain was very good at his job. He was very patient and thorough as well as courteous at all times.

We have had our Grand Caravan in for multiple service - crfield7

We have had our Grand Caravan in for multiple service appointments and each time our technicians and advisors have been great to work with, especially since our van has an extended warranty. They have helped make sure things were repaired and covered each time. When they weren't able to match a price for something, there were no high pressure tactics. Very pleased with their service department.

Absolute Greatest Experience purchasing a new vehicle out - CarlSusan

Absolute Greatest Experience purchasing a new vehicle out of state from this dealership. CJ and his dealer staff were all very polite and professional. The purchase deal was made over a telephone call and we then drove 298 miles the next day from Illinois to pick up the vehicle. CJ had the perfect Chrysler Pacifica with an exact match for all of the options that we required along with the best “Out-the-Door” price that we could find within a radius of 400 miles. CJ had everything ready to finish the deal when we arrived. No upselling, no add-on pressures, and no negative tactics as typically found at every other dealership. The whole event took no more than 45 minutes to complete and be out the door. Wow! As long as I have been purchasing cars for the last 50 years, I have never had a better experience than this anywhere else. Our new vehicle even had a full tank of gasoline upon delivery! The New Carlisle CDJR dealership overall is very clean and really organized. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone for purchasing a new CDJR vehicle.
