Looked online and called prior to arriving at the dealership. Bill Ely greeted me as I got out of my vehicle. Told him what I was looking for and he had it pulled around in minutes for a test drive. Due to timing constraints on my behalf on a prior commitment I arranged to pick up the vehicle another day. As planned the vehicle was by the door and ready to go when I arrived 4 days later. Signed a few papers and Bill went thru some instructions on the vehicle and I was on the road in my new 26 Traverse. Bill went above and beyond contacting the parts dept about an item needed for my truck I am keeping. That resolved that issue for me so that was icing on the cake so to speak. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I flew from Denver to pick up my 2017 GMC Acadia. Matt was very helpful throughout the buying process. Even when Matt came down with illness, Shawna was there to pinch hit for him. I dealt with Trace in finance as well, only to find out he was pinch hitting for the finance manager. He also told me he was the one who found my car for me from GM.
