Sage was amazing, and so easy to work with. He helped me find a used Lincoln with specific features I was looking for. He followed through and kept in touch as soon as a Lincoln would come in, he would let me know via text with links to their site and even the Carfax reports on each car. It was so helpful and made the experience easy for me. On a very cold Saturday, we came to Rydell in Independence to look at 3 Lincoln SUVs - Sage had them lined up and running for us before we got there - so impressed with that level of thoughtfulness and customer care. We bought a Lincoln that day and I couldn't be happier - thank you to the service department for detailing the car and a quick fix on the console for us. Appreciate you so much Sage!

Purchased a vehicle with them recently, have nothing but great things to say about them. Answered all my questions promptly, where very flexible with timing and delivery. The car itself was purchased as-is, they take really good care of the vehicles as the car itself was in very good condition. After diagnostics and inspection, it came back healthy and well maintained. I know it is not every dealership's responsibility to fix or upkeep vehicles but they have done a good job in my experience. I have read the previous reviews before purchasing, but like most things on the internet, understand that other people's experience won't usually be like mine. I have nothing but good things to say about E & A.

I was pleased to find a good, clean vehicle that included a list of what the dealer had done on the vehicle, such as work on the brakes and changing fluids and filters. There was never any pressure or hype. The vehicle was priced competitively from the start, and we agreed on the sale price in a matter of minutes. The salesman, Brenden, was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle even though I was purchasing a pre-owned Toyota from a Honda dealership. The dealer was especially accommodating when I needed a few days to transfer money from my retirement account into my checking account to pay for the car.

Would not recommend buying a car from these guys to anyone. I bought a Nissan Altima with 60,000 miles from them a little over a month ago. Two weeks after buying the car the transmission completely went out. When I called the dealership they told me to get it towed to them and they would put a new transmission in it. I then had it towed back to Ames Cars (for $480). The next day Buddy called me and said that they would now only pay for half the transmission. So now, I have not only been out almost $14,000, but an additional nearly $500, haven't had a car for 3 weeks - having to pay to uber/lyft everywhere, and they still expect me to pay for half the transmission. Long story short... do not buy a car from Ames Cars. They will screw you over every chance they get.
