I was not planning on being a customer; an unexpected mechanical issue nearly derailed my family vacation. Breaking down just outside of Rice Lake I limped into the dealership. I attempted to track rental cars, Ubers, taxis, shuttles, trains and planes to get us to our destination and we appeared to be stuck. Dray, Sean and Carolyn went completely above and beyond to make sure we ended up at the Dells as planned. Instead of worrying about the sale, salesman David Breaman took the time to listen to what we wanted and matched us with the truck. I have purchased a number of vehicles from Hughes Service. I go back because of their customer service in the sales and also the repairs/maintenance. We now own a 2014 Escape purchased new and a 2018 Escape purchased new from them. We love them both. By far the best vehicle we have owned.
