Service was great except in putting new wipers blades on I would have appreciated if they had dried the front and back window and the spots on the tailgate of my clean car. A very minor problem. Office help went above and beyond. Thank you Carol

Just looking at first but Bobo showed us what was available in our price range and helped us make a decision that we appreciated. He spent a lot of time helping us and making sure we were happy with the car. He went above and beyond explaining how every “button and icon” worked. Would recommend Bobo highly.

I purchase a 2025 used Equinox EV with assistance from - lakevfr

I purchase a 2025 used Equinox EV with assistance from Carson and Cody. The transaction was completed online and on the phone, since I live 325 miles away and could not visit the car it self. They quickly and willingly printed and sent me service records and a Carfax upon request. This was very important to me as the car had been returned to GM with a warranty issue. While attentive to these unique needs there was no pressure but complete attention to the necessarily complex process of buying a car with 1600 miles on it "sight unseen". Though texting and emails they worked with me and my Credit Union loan officer to expeditiously complete the sale, which in cluded shipping the car to my home. Although it was not his job, even the truck driver helped me verify the paperwork was in order and called his supervisor to help as well. As a 7 year EV owner I realise that with EVs still being uncommon there are challanges to buyers and sellers alike regarding correct information about the vehicle. If they did not have what I requested they found it without hesitation or complaint. I have driven the car without incident for about a week and am very satisfied with it, the price, the value and the acccesibility and follow-up with staff.

Brogan was very knowledgeable and patient with us and - CPR6264US

Brogan was very knowledgeable and patient with us and also was able to joke around with us while we waited. He did not pressure us on anything but did give us every option he could for us to make the choice we wanted. He answered all our questions without hesitation and if he didnt know it he found it for us. Mike was awesome as well he walked us through several options and made sure we felt comfortable by also saying if we didnt want it that was okay. Overall the staff was amazing very kind and would recommend going to them.

Salesman was very accommodating took time to show me what - cwbuster

Salesman was very accommodating took time to show me what I wanted or to find out answers tough questions. A. Finance and titling although it went smoothly it still takes a lot of time, and I was paying cash. B+ First service experience for running board went very smooth coming in. Picking up the vehicle was a little unpolished. I walked in one writer was busy one was on the computer so I went to the guy on the computer and stood until he acknowledged I was there. It was a uncomfortable dead air time. He asked what I need when I told him I was there to pick up he just said go to the cashier and pointed over his shoulder. Scored a B-. Parts when I asked my salesman about trailer hitches he looked them up and then we went to the parts department with some questions. The parts guy was totally disrespectful to the salesman. Then gave me the take it or leave it attitude. C

I would recommend Ray Dennison to anyone wanting to buy a new or used car or truck. The sales staff, Rick Wisner in particular, is exceptional. Rick was receptive to my every need and anticipated the extras that made a good truck great. Chris in finance is extremely knowledgeable and made the finance portion quick and simple. This is the fifth vehicle my wife and I have purchased from them and will definitely come back. The service area is top notch and second to none.

The Wilmington dealership Service Department, starting... - Happy with good customer service

The Wilmington dealership Service Department, starting with Ed Koziol, provides exceptional customer service. I believe this is a great asset for a dealership. Satisfied customers come back and tell their friends. I take note of good customer service when I receive it since it seems to be the exception rather than the rule these days for many businesses. Thank you. Dora Willis

well I. - colleenrose742com

well I.hope they do good service recovery. the car bravo tires was a lie. the tires were from 2020 with bad tread. almost bald in front when I got a third opinion . Right now we are negotiating splitting the cost of 4 new tires for a 40.000 dollar 2021 Tahoe. Now I will get à second option on the pads. I don't believe the Car Bravo rating of 10 mm left. they may have to.do.a.sercice.rexocery.for.that lying to me on the car bravo report. I'll.lwt you know the outcome next week Oswegoland .
