I’m leary of service departments at dealerships, but Matt, my service coordinator, took all that doubt away. Worked extra hard to get the parts in and got my car done a day early. Great shuttle service also! Everyone great to work with!

The service department took care of the low tire pressure light. Clint Bowyer service department took the time to get the computer connection to the low tire pressure sensor. The so-called Topeka dealership didn't give a crap to properly take care of the problem. I definitely won't be at the Topeka Toyota location ever again. Emporia Toyota dealership has my trust in them.

On 05/16/2024 I picked up my 2009 Lexus rx350 with 135000 miles on it from Lewis Toyota in topeka ks. I had the brake system serviced which included the brake actuator being replaced. I was billed and paid cash for this service in the amount of $2,645.66. I picked up the car on 05/16/2024 at approx. 4 pm and drove home approx. 6 miles to the 400 block of Clay st.. At about 5 am i left my home to pick up my date on the 1600 block of 37th street approx. 5 miles. I then drove to the gas station on Adam's by the freeway entrance approx 3 miles. I then got on the freeway and drove about 2 miles when my date noticed a reflection on the concrete median divider which I beleived to be fire. I immediately pulled over and opened my door when flames rolled up and into the car. I shut the door and yelled to get out. We both managed to exit and i pulled my service dog out but not before he burned his left rear leg to the point of his fur being burned off. We crawled away and as we watched it burned you could see something dripping drops of fire right be low where the actuator is located. The car was a total loss with nothing left but steel. When I returned to Lewis Toyota that next Monday I explained to the service manager what happen and leaving and speaking to someone else he returned and said andbi quote here " All I aloud to say is that i am very sorry to hear that." I asked what he meant by that and he just repeated exactly wird fir word what he had already said. When it tried to fileva claim in small claims court the sheriff was turned away because the owner listed with the kansas secretary of state is no longer the owner. Thank you Lewis Toyota.

We moved to Kansas in 2022 and started taking our vehicles to Little Apple Honda last year. Today's visit was for recall work to be done. The dealership's atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Mark Kendall made sure that I knew how long it would take since I would be waiting. The work was completed ahead of schedule, which was very nice! We do plan to continue working with this dealership in the future! It's about an hour drive from our house, but it is worth it! Thank you for the excellent service!
