We just bought a 2026 F150 Lariat from Mike Wills Ford in Sulphur, La. And we must say we have never felt like Family at a car dealership as we did this Monday. First our salesman Mr. Scottie Fontenot definitely took care of us to the extent of going to get the truck from a customer because the truck was a courtesy vehicle. Even to Hunter who helped us with financing a loan! If you want a dealership that treats you like Family this is it! The people there are so friendly and we love the deal we got on our truck. I brought my truck in for an Oil and Filter change. Josh, service manager, advised me the front left ball joint was bad. I asked how much would that be? He said approximately $430. I agreed. After the Service was completed Josh said it was only $310 because line up wasn’t needed. He could’ve charged me the original estimate and I’ll NEVER known the Difference! But that Doesn’t Happen at Marler Ford! Fair and Honest always! They Have My Total Trust!

Always great service. I only use Kinsel's service department. They always set me up with the same service writer Leanda and she's awesome! I will only bring my car to Kinsel because of the level of service they provide. I haven't found that at any other dealership in this area.

Different type of review here... I intentionally waited to hit the 50k miles driven from the original miles when I purchased my used 2017 Ford F250 from Silsbee Ford in August 2020. (more like a brand new truck as it was the cleanest I ever encountered). From the moment I called on it back in August 2020 through the purchasing experience a day later and post-follow-up satisfaction checks from Mike, my salesman, and the dealership I have to say they are top-notch! Definitely NOT a typical dealership! I was coming from out of state and Mike worked with me beyond expectations. After test driving and in the office for the financials, I was presented a rundown of the vehicle price; much to my surprise there were none of those frivolous or other dealer trap charges. It was a straight forward great price and bottom line. No need for the back and forth negotiating. The truck had an excellent price, no upcharges so I didn't hesitate to purchase it! I could not believe how easy, fast and genuinely relaxed we all were. Not faking for a sale, Mike and the team at Silsbee are sincere. You can tell it is up to the expectations of the owners and their values and service. Overall great experience with Silsbee Ford and there has been nothing wrong with my truck, which now has 155k miles on it! What a great buy! Thank you Mike and Silsbee Ford!

They promised me a deal all they saw was dollar signs. They said the service the car like change oil and filters. The oil looked like it was time to be changed and the air filter was brown. New one would not have had so much brown to it. Not only will I not purchase another vehicle with them I will recommend to anybody that they do not go there either.
