Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.

Took my car in running bad..low power..they diagnosed and installed a new catalytic converter $3700.When I picked up car would still barely run..I barely got it home..been told by 2 mechanics cat had nothing to do with it..ECM was diagnosed as bad..Wiesner just took a stab and replaced most expensive thing first..Nobody has responded to my emails for 5 months now..I totally feel cheated !!2012 Traverse was bought at Wiesner in 2019..Felt like they would be fair..Bad choice.When I was picking up mechanic basically said he had no idea what was wrong..So just replace something expensive!Been a Wiesner customer for 25+years 10+cars..old timers in Conroe treated us right!! I am now 74 years old and totally upside down with this unreliable car..

Bought a car Saturday asked for the Car Fax and they dealership said they used another company to review wrecks and records on the car. Even though Car FAX is on their website. My husband found a couple dings on the truck. Ran the Car Fax and it had two accidents. The dealership stated the truck was not in any accidents. Mr. Patterson please call me because this dealership did not inform us of the truth regarding the truck. I asked for the Car Fax and they avoided and made us think the company they used was better. Again, my husband and I asked specifically for the Car Fax and specifically asked if it was in a wreck and they said NO but it was in 2 accidents. I have the car fax . It appears that a rating before mine had the same experience with the dealership lying about damages to vehicles.

(A $59K truck!!!!) we got to the dealership close to closing time, he met us outside- asked us to take a seat, test drove our trade-in, 5 minutes later he came back, wrote down our phone number, and said he would call us tomorrow when he could get an idea of the value of our trade (which was a 2008 model diesel truck). So much for Bacon wanting to sell a vehicle if it is anywhere close to 6 o'clock!!! The next morning we met with James Brown at Van Chevrolet in Carrolton (TX) and purchased our new truck! BAD Business David Westbrook!!!!!!!

I purchased a Stingray from Lake Country after having a really bad shopping experience at other dealerships. The salesperson I worked with, Ethan, was friendly, helpful, and informative. I felt like the people I dealt with at the dealership were honest and forthright with me and I felt good about the price I was paying for the car. They didn't try to talk me into or hardsell me on a lot of expensive, unneeded extras to pad their profits either. I was treated fairly from beginning to end and was given great customer service. I got a lot of really good advice on how to get the most out of and protect my new car and they got my plates in and on the way to me before the car was even out of the 500 mile break-in period (and I drove it 400 miles from the dealership home!)! Even though it's a drive from where I live, I'd definitely do business with them again and would recommend them to any Chevy buyer who wanted an honest and fair car buying experience.
