The dealership is really good the people are nice and very helpful and honest with you through the whole process. Rick is a great salesperson and is very helpful, attentive and easy to work with, he answered any questions we had and showed several vehicles until we settled on the one we wanted. The finance person Robert worked to get us the best interest rate he could find for us. If you want a good deal from a great dealership this is the place to buy. They are honest with you from beginning to end in the buying process.

The service department is absolutely the worst. They never pick up. They don't return you calls even after you've called a million times to check on your vehicle. They make every excuse in the book. What's even worse, if you're a woman, they talk to you like your an idiot. This is the last time I will bring my vehicle here. I even tried to contact the manager of the service department and have yet to hear from him. It sucks when you pay so much for a vehicle to have it sit in a garage until they can look it at for up to 2 weeks.

We were looking for a truck and looked all across Texas. I found the truck we bought on ebay from this seller but i think they go by Gulf Coast Chevy now but the address is for this dealer off google maps. May be a name change. Anyways after working through ebay with Todd Baker We did a surprise drop in since it was close to where we live. After taking a test drive we came back and made a deal that we just could not let go. While we waited for finance to go through we decided to leave the dealer to go to Lake Jackson. I think they were worried we would not come back but they did not chase us down or try to keep us there (unlike some dealers i know). They called us while the wife and I were eating lunch and gave us the scoop and we told them done deal we will be back shortly. Long story short this was the best and least hassle free buying experience we have had yet buying a vehicle. Everyone was was great to work with. If you check them out ask for Todd and tell him the Pennington's sent you.
