Chris at Leif Johnson Fore was amazing! We walked in, he asked us exactly what we were looking for and got us into the car we ended up buying in about 20 minutes. He was clear, helpful and made the hassle of buying a car easy and enjoyable!

The service was good but a few things to recommend: 1. I scheduled an appointment but when I brought in the service manager was on sick leave. Recommend when this happens a person is assigned to take care of me. I had to call the next day to get update from someone else but they did a good job. 2. When filling the DEF to full, clean up afterwards. There was DEF residue down my truck and I had to clean up. 3. Tire rotation. They didn’t check tire pressure. All 4 tires were out of recommendation. For the front tires I had around 55psi and back I had around 59psi. Should have been 60 front and 65 back. 4. I requested spare tire be rotated in. I was told that would be a $30 charge. That doesn’t make sense because yall have done before at no charge. 5. Recommend a quality check of vehicle when finished with customer at pickup.

I recently bought a vehicle from Covert Ford, and I was very satisfied with the sales process, everything was thorough, and I got in and out pretty quickly. This review is more about the dealership itself more than the sales process, like most people will usually write about. Only one word describes this dealership: Old. This dealership is in need of a renovation BADLY. Their smaller dealership, Covert Ford of Hutto, looks WAY more modern and inviting than their main Covert location in Austin. The sales floor looks like it’s stuck in the 80’s, the service advisors are working out of CLOSETS, and the parts “department”, if you can call it that, it’s literally a small room with a mini office. The formal “delivery” area is three small parking stalls at the front of the dealership. I don’t get it, their Bee Cave GMC dealer is BRAND NEW and looks AMAZING, but their main Ford dealership, looks so incredibly run down and old! Because of the old layout of the dealer, and how run down it looks, it doesn’t seem like a very inviting place for me to bring my vehicle for service. I’d rather go to Mac Haik in Georgetown where the dealership looks very inviting, modern, and in a nice area. Sales process and deals are great at this dealer, the dealership itself, is in DIRE need of a makeover.

I dont usually do reviews, but after visiting and buying a vehicle today, I have to say that this was the best car dealer i have ever dealt with. I was fortunate to work directly with Mr Brown, who was a staright shooter. He was fair and honest. It was a simple, low stress purchase. Everyone was very nice and helpful! I would highly recommend this dealership.
