There are some very smart folks down in service who re always ready to help if you need work on your vehicle. They moved mountains, getting just the right truck I wanted, even going as far as trading vehicle with a competitor so I could buy from them. I've bought off the lot from them as well as custom ordered vehicles through them. This dealership is dangerous, they are so great they make you want to find a way to but more vehicles from them. The best car buying experience ever! Tarnue and the team were awesome in being professional, friendly, transparent, no-pressure, and informative from start to finish. You can tell this place is full of car enthusiasts! Tarnue (the best salesman I’ve encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. Definitely will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. I can’t wait to do business with them when I’m in the market again!

After a challenging start with my 2020 Chevy Equinox, I want to provide an update on my experience with Grand Kia. Initial Problems: I purchased the vehicle on January 11, 2024, and faced significant issues almost immediately. The check engine light appeared the day after purchase, and despite multiple visits to the dealership, the problem persisted. Service was often slow, communication was poor, and the issues were not effectively resolved. Resolution: After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the dealership, which led to a notable improvement in service. Jim from the service department took a proactive role in addressing and fixing the turbo issues with my vehicle. His efforts, along with support from General Manager Jose, were instrumental in resolving the ongoing problems. They both demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that was previously lacking. Overall Experience: While my initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up service and dedication from Jim and Jose have been positive. Their actions have restored my confidence in Grand Kia. It’s clear they value customer feedback and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Recommendation: I appreciate the efforts in turning my experience around. For potential customers, I recommend engaging directly with the service team and management to ensure clear communication and effective resolution of any issues. Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team.

well we went there to look at the Nissan, it looked good and all , I would call it wolf in sheep clothing,lol a lot to be done on it , the dealer there showed us a diffrent car we might be interested in and it was a lot better. looked it over ,took for a test drive, look at car fax , we told him what we can pay out right , he worked with us , that day , I drove hm with a car I was happy with. . I recommend this place , they listen to you and your needs. they have several cars to look at and drive and look over, and they don't pressure you to buy . go check them out .

Our experience was amazing. We found the vehicle that we wanted, set up an appointment, came and checked it out. It was immaculately detailed. The vehicle was/is in excellent shape. The owner was super friendly, not pushy with anything, negotiated with us, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He processed the paperwork. After we signed the paperwork and brought the vehicle home, we realized we were missing a mat. He gave us a whole set of new excellent quality mats. He has also offered to assist us with any upgrades we would like to do with this vehicle.
