There was quite a wait because only one service technician was handling a long line of early morning car owners. I see this as cost-effective for the dealer. I'm used to a pack of commission-driven scalpers ready to jump me at other service dealers.
So, I had a 7am appointment time, but finally talked with the one service advisor by 7:45am. If you have a 7am service appointment at this dealer, you may need to nix your later-morning agenda,
It would be best for the one service advisor to go thru the long line of cars to first honor any appointments before the show-uppers.
I had 2 coupons from other dealers that were honored, a "plus."
My service was completed quickly considering my long wait for the one service technician.
