Everything was good with the salesperson and dealership but not with my purchase. I bought a 2025 Chevy trax with 11 miles on it. Within 2 weeks of purchase and only 700 miles on it my check engine light came on. Faulty fuel line. Service had my car for 2 days without giving me a loaner. They fixed it but I feel like I bought a lemon because it was brand new and already having issues

Purchasing the Tahoe of my dreams from AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia couldn't have been any easier! I searched high and low for a 2026 Tahoe Z71 3.0 Diesel in Summit White for weeks. I was able to locate this unicorn via an online search and quickly called AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia and talked to Dan C. Within a few minutes he explained it was in pre-delivery status and would be delivered to the dealership in 3 weeks or less. After a couple of hours and multiple phone calls/texts back and fourth, I agreed on the provided purchase price and submitted a deposit. To my surprise, Dan texted me less than a week later to inform me the Tahoe was at their dealership! A week later we drove over 100 miles from our house in San Diego County to pick up the shinny new Chevy at the agreed to price! I would do it again! My truck is a 2018 GMC 2500 Denali it has been back to the dealership multiple times for the same issue In which has cost thousands. The service rep.’s recommendation was that I should buy a new truck. This truck barely has turned 100,000 miles and the issue lies within this def system. A few days prior to the check engine light coming on again this time there was an oil change service in which the truck came home and due to a miss installed oil filter, It leaked oil all over my driveway and underneath the truck frame it was taken back the very next day to have the oil filter installed correctly and then the very next day the check engine light came on. I was under the impression that the dealer that Specializes in the product they sell should know the vehicle like the back of their hand and it shouldn’t be returning for the same issue multiple times at the customers expense and for sure the service rep shouldn’t be recommending just to replace the more than $100,000 truck since they can’t figure out the problem. Very unsettling experience. I would be really grateful if the service manager was to set up a meeting to address these issues. It would be really nice to have an honest dealership to have my vehicles worked on and maintained.

On Friday the 2nd I had went to a dealership Fresno autoplex thinking that they were going to help but they were horrible there I walked out tearing up bcuz I really wanted a car, well that same night I kept looking and looking into other dealerships and I bump into this one and the next day I went here and BOOM! This is the only place I take my car for service. They never disappoint. Usually I am in and out pretty quick (about 1 hr.). This time it took a little longer (about 3 hours). My appointment was at 8 am. Eric Bejar was my service advisor. He was professional and friendly. I waited for my car on Monday. He was a great help about checking on the delay. Thank you Eric Bejar!

If I could zero stars I would. Since 2020 this place has gone south in customer service and guarantee dramatically. Having 5 adult Children and buying multiple vehicles from Hendricks over the years, it's sad to see the old man's dreams resort to this. After a horrible experience buying my dream truck (2021 6.2 trailboss) in December of 2020, I vowed to never buy a vehicle from them again. I took the gamble on the dreaded "lifter issue" and lost. At 27k miles my 6.2 crapped out, luckily still under warranty I contact Hedricks and am assigned to service rep 'Logan'. He gave me an appt for the following week. I have my truck towed to the service department on 7/3. I receive a call from Logan that he got the truck and will get tech started on it. Next day received another call from Logan that motor needs to be replaced, will be 2 weeks minimum. I asked for a loaner vehicle and he stated he would put me in line as they did not have any. 7 days later I reached out for an update on my truck as well as a loaner vehicle. Logan stated he may have a vehicle for me, and truck would be another week and a half to completion. I pick up loaner on 7/12, then on 7/14 receive a call that my truck is done. Amazed, I call and ask if I could pick up the following day. (Saturday). Logan said yes. I ask him what the warranty on the new motor was, he stated 36k month( which is false) small print on back of receipt clearly states 24 month . I arrive Saturday to pick up truck and am greeted with - sign here, call sericev dept on Monday if you have any questions or concerns. I do a quick walk around by melf and don't see anything standing out at me besides a bunch of greases all over my front fenders. ( they clearly don't care about your asset) I get home and do a deeper look and find that I have scratches and scuffs on my front bumper from tech standing on it to work in engine bay, as well as my felt liner in the wheel well did not get put back together properly causing it to flap back and get shredded by the tire. I reached out to Logan the following Monday as I was instructed. Logan responded stating they did not touch the front part of liner only the rear part. And they would not replace it, and went on to give me a quote for $500 to replace it. I guess i have idiot written on my face. Logan would not even acknowledge the scratches or grease. I even offered to take care of the cut and polish of bumper and remove grease if they would replace the liner, and was just they did not touch the liner. .....I WAS happy to get the truck back in 12 days, but after seeing the craftsman ship as well as ownership of work, I'm concerned I got a xxxx box back and now the new motor is 24month instead of 36..... long story short... they don't give a xxxx about the customer, go somewhere else, I promise.

I spoke with a salesman on a Friday evening about buying a new van. I asked what colors it came in and he handed me a brochure. I asked him what the "out the door" price would be for a particular model and he said I'm not sure. I asked if he could possibly find out for me and his response was that he could call me the following Monday or Tuesday. I decided right then and there that this business didn't deserve my money. In my opinion, a vehicle is an investment and I expect all of my questions to be answered. I went to Bakersfield and drove my brand new van home the following Friday. So much for shopping local!
