Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.

My only complaint is that a charging cable was not included with the vehicle, which, to me , is insane, and the sales and finance contacts both also assumed that it (the charging cord) was included. They both reassured me that it was kept in the dealership to prevent theft. Also, we picked the car up on Jarrett's day off, but another sales staff member spent a lot of time helping us out, but I don't remember his name.

My wife and I were very frustrated with our local dealers high pressure, high priced, sales until we expanded our search and found the right vehicle and the right salesperson, Michelle Starkey. Michelle was like a (very busy) family member. The price and details were upfront without hidden add-ons or prices. It was very refreshing to feel like we didn't need to be on the defense. It was worth the drive and suffering the Seattle traffic for the no hassle purchase. All of the staff including Camille Kim with the financial department did everything possible to get us back on the road home as soon as possible. We absolutely love our Previously owned 2025 Honda Pilot and Honda of Bellingham. Their shuttle service made our transportation a breeze after our rental car drop off.
