I have purchased a lot of cars over the last 40 years new & used. I will say that the decision to purchase our 2024 IX XDRIVE50 from Ferman BMW was absolutely the right choice. My wife and I had discussed ma & used. I will say that the decision to purchase our 2024 IX XDRIVE50 from Ferman BMW was absolutely the right choice. My wife and I had discussed many different brands of cars and fuel types.When she found the BMW it was a light had came on and we drove down to see the car. To our surprise it was sitting inside full of food for the food drive. Our salesman Joe was speaking to a young lady named Leah at the back of the SUV when we arrived, They both greeted us with a smile. As Joe explained the car to us we talked about our trade when we were introduced to David, who gave us a fair price for the trade. We then Was introduced to Aaron the finance manager who took over the part that is recognized as the hardest part of any car deal. This is where the feeling of high anxiety starts. But with Aaron it was the complete opposite. We felt relaxed he answered all of our questions gave us opinions on the warranty, interest rates, & everything in between. At that point we were introduced to Leah as our BMW Genius, Who by the way was great in the way she taught my wife the ends and outs of the car. What an asset you have with these 4 incredible nice and professional associates Joe,David, Aaron & Leah. We wish to thank each of these 4 for the amazing service..YOU ALLROCK More
