One of the better experiences I've had at a car dealership. The car we wanted drove off the lot as we arrived, but they had a similar one in stock for a fair price (these days!) The salesman we worked with, Jesus was pleasant, informative, and not pushy at all, and Jeffrey went above and beyond to give us a great intro to our new car once the deal was done. More

After a quick response to my initial message they were happy to negotiate via email, A fast, straightforward buying experience with Smythe Volvo. After a quick response to my initial message they were happy to negotiate via email, once we'd agreed on price I booked a third party inspection and with everything as described paid a small refundable deposit. A couple of days later I was greeted by Kyle and given a quick, but thorough, introduction to the car, followed by a full run through of the tech from Jeffrey - who was able to answer all my questions in jargon free language. Happy to complete the purchase I met with Abood in finance who was able to explain all the options available, again in an informative, jargon free manner. In total I spent only an hour at the dealership before driving home in my new car! More

My wife and I had a very smooth experience at Smythe Volvo. Amanda was great in the way she followed up with us after our first visit and then Craig took it over once we came back. Craig was very professional and came through with everything he said he would. He even went the extra mile for us on a few small final asks. Financing with Abood was also very easy.
