Car buying perfection I'm not one for spending all afternoon at a dealership.. I came prepared, told my salesman what I needed.. went straight to the car, their inventory i I'm not one for spending all afternoon at a dealership.. I came prepared, told my salesman what I needed.. went straight to the car, their inventory is tremendous. Told Ken where we needed to be on final result after trade in etc., left, he made it happen. We came back, signed our paperwork, drove away. Sounds almost too good to be true, or perhaps I work for the dealership? None of those, it was perfection. More

Going Beyond The Normal Call For Service Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburb Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburban street, but was completely stranded a day before leaving for vacation. The closest dealership was BMW of Westlake, so I called for a tow to their service department. Even though it was after 5pm I was able to reach General Manager, Adam Moon. He immediately arranged to have my car picked up - the tow truck arrived in 15 minutes. I left for vacation the next day, but while I was gone Adam and his service staff procured the part, repaired the vehicle and had it delivered to my home in Avon, so that it was completely ready when I returned. There could not have been a more convenient outcome. I truly appreciate the commitment to helping me in a tough situation - especially in light of having to service a car that they don't typically see. Friendly The staff is very warm and welcoming when you go there. We had never been in a BMW dealership before but felt like family the moment we arrived. From the cashier, to technician, to salesman Ken and even the Center Manager Adam, they all took the time to talk to us and ensure that we had everything we needed. We have never dealt with a dealership where the Center Manager makes it a point to come and talk you, let alone know who you are as a customer. Even the follow up after we took our new car home was exceptional. Ken and the BMW geniuses would call to see if there was any questions they could answer or offer to come out to go over the cars features again with us. We truly appreciate everyone at BMW of Westlake! Thank you!! More

A King For A Day I started my search for a new 340 I Xdrive back in September of 2016. I knew the equipment I wanted on the vehicle and I knew how many were available I started my search for a new 340 I Xdrive back in September of 2016. I knew the equipment I wanted on the vehicle and I knew how many were available in a 500 mile radius of my home in PA. My first deal fell through in Maryland because the sales team at the dealership was dishonest. They did not honor our agreement and made excuses when I drove 3 hours to purchase the car. I had seriously considered not purchasing a BMW because of this bad experience in Maryland. After more research using the internet I found Westlake BMW and on their lot was a 340 I Xdrive that met my needs. Alicia Taylor and I came to an agreement on price and I made the 4 hour trip to Westlake, Ohio. During this drive I could not forget my experience in Maryland and was ready for another round of excuses. I have to admit I was in disbelief at how well I was treated at Westlake. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped inside the showroom and was introduced to Alicia Taylor. She explained the sales figures we discussed and the delivery of the new BMW in fine detail. After our consultation I went to the finance office and reviewed the deal. To my astonishment, the figures were exactly as we discussed in our emails. I reviewed all the pages and found nothing added. I honestly was in disbelief after my previous encounter in Maryland. Mike even found a lower interest rate than we had previously discussed. My time spent at Westlake BMW purchasing my 340 I took about 2 hours; that includes their Genius delivery. Adam Moon greeted and thanked me upon delivery. A busy man I am sure who took the time to say "Thank You". Appreciated. I highly recommend Westlake BMW to all in the market for a BMW. I unfortunately cannot have my vehicle serviced here as I live 4 hours away. My loss. Jeff G. More

One mistake that I made was assuming that all new cars (including cheap American cars) were equipped with Sirius radio. This one is not and I'm on the road all the time. Oh well.... my fault for assuming....NOT the fault of BMW of Westlake...... More

2017 BMW X4 M40i Purchase I originally made the 1 hour drive to BMW of Westlake because they were the only BMW dealer in my area that had an X4 M40i I could test drive. My inte I originally made the 1 hour drive to BMW of Westlake because they were the only BMW dealer in my area that had an X4 M40i I could test drive. My intent was to order this vehicle from a dealer closer to where I live, but the guys at BMW of Westlake (Adam Moon, John Caruso, Mike Niedzwiecki, and Dirk Steffen) were so excellent to work with I decided to forget about my local dealer. Adam was extremely friendly, John's knowledge of BMW vehicles was impressive, Mike made the paperwork go by with ease, and Dirk (BMW Genius) provided a superior overview of my new X4 once it arrived. I highly recommend these guys and the BMW of Westlake dealership. More

Very professional in all aspects I visited BMW of Westlake when looking to lease a new BMW X1. My reasons were their proximity to our house and good previous experience in servicing I visited BMW of Westlake when looking to lease a new BMW X1. My reasons were their proximity to our house and good previous experience in servicing first our 2004 325i convertible and now our 2012 128i convertible. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sales Consultant Alicia Taylor who handled my transaction. I was impressed with Alicia's professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle. I was trading in our 2013 MINI Clubman S. The financial negotiations were taken care of smoothly, respectfully and quickly by Alicia and Adam Moon.. While the initial paperwork was being drawn up I was offered a chance to drive one of the new I8 hybrids with Dirk Steffen. Out of my price range but a real unexpected treat for a "car guy". We arranged to have the X1 ready two days later and the delivery also went smoothly with the vehicle completely detailed and checked out. I was given a operation and feature run through by Cameron LaPorte who answered all of my initial questions. My wife will be going back for an "encore" class this week. All in all I feel that the buying and delivery experience couldn't be improved upon and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BMW of Westlake to any prospective BMW shoppers. I look forward to having the X1 serviced by them over the next 4 years. More
