Like family I know everyone at the place and it feels like family. I am on our 3rd and 4th car for our company and they have been excellent. Obviously, the BMW is great but the minimal service it does need is handled with no hassle. I get a weekly car wash and they never make me feel awkward about getting that done. In over 3 years I have yet to find anyone that does not stop what they are doing to say hi or answer any questions for me as I wait for a wash or service. I actually enjoy going to the dealership. On our second round of cars we did not even consider another option because the dealership made our lives easier and more enjoyable. No hassle, friendly and quite frankly ... fun. I recommend everyone to BMW of Westlake More

Some really good people working there. I bought an x3. Was supposed to pick it up Saturday. Was free Friday and the GM Adam agreed to get paperwork and car prepped that day. Bob the sales manager was very good. So was the finance manager. Dirk the BMW genuis is a great guy - very respectful, knowledable about his product and overall classy. Although John was off that day I could not be more pleased with his service. He's a class act. Patient. Curteous and pleasant. I give him an A+ for his attention.
