For years, My wife and I were truly impressed with Sierra Toyota Service. It appears there has been a less than desirable change in auto service. Had to take car in 3 times to have the problem correctly diag Toyota Service. It appears there has been a less than desirable change in auto service. Had to take car in 3 times to have the problem correctly diagnosed, waited over a week for part, then back again to have it installed. No longer impressed! More

When I drive into the service area. Someone was right there to meet me and take me to a service desk. My Toyota was going to have it’s 65,000 mile servicing. I walked across the street Someone was right there to meet me and take me to a service desk. My Toyota was going to have it’s 65,000 mile servicing. I walked across the street to get lunch while I was waiting. My vehicle was ready just as I was finishing lunch. Humberto and Adam were very helpful and explained all the details about the inspection and the servicing that was performed. They were very thorough and polite. Thank you! More
