On my initial visit to Tucson Subaru, I met Mike Henry, who took me on a tour highlighting the three Subaru models I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable on Subaru and their competitors. After that, I went and visited a local Toyota dealership. After considering things for a couple of days, I returned to Tucson Subaru with my wife, but since Mike was with another client, he introduced me to Shauna Williams. She was very patient with my wife and I as we were looking at various models. We had done quite a bit of prior research, but when we arrived at the dealership it was like being in a candy store! We actually got in and drove three cars, finally deciding on a new 2020 Subaru Forester. Shauna gave us a stress-free car buying experience! Then we were introduced to Tracy Roberts who took us through the contract signing and explanation of all the various programs that were available to us. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and flawless our first time Subaru buying experience was thanks to the pros at Tucson Subaru! After all the papetwork was done, Shauna came out and helped us discover many more of the features that our new Subaru Forester has to offer. I am totally impressed with this dealership!! Best car buying experience ever!!! More

Tucson Subaru and Mike Henry were amazing This sales experience was exceptional and refreshing compared to the cliché sales experiences elsewhere. From the start Mike Henry was very professional and knowledgeable about Subaru's with absolutely no sales pressure. Even when I told him I didn't know if they were for me, he was pleasant and you got the feeling that he was not just the salesman you wish for but also a genuinely good person. After answering a ton of questions and some of them probably silly I went for a drive and was dually impressed by the feel, handling and quality of the Crosstrek I tried. We checked out the dealership while we (My wife and I ) were there and everyone was friendly and professional especially in the service department and we didn't even own one yet. We also talked to random customers in the service department that were waiting and they had nothing but good things to say. I came back still another time for a second look and some more questions and pricing of different trim levels and options and now was considering buying, but still no pressure or sleazy sales tactics that I have received elsewhere. Mike Henry told me Subaru's sell them self and they do but the help of a outstanding salesman is still appreciated. So now I own a 2019 Crosstrek with the exact options I wanted and I got a good price and a refreshing sales experience from all involved including the sales Manager who didn't show up to close the deal but just to make sure we were happy. I talked to my friend who also had bought a car at Tucson Subaru and although he had a different salesman also had the same great experience. I used to work in dealerships many years ago and this dealership does it the way it should be done. Thank you for a exceptional and refreshing sales experience. I love my new car more each time I drive it, and getting better than advertised MPG and not even broken in. I would highly recommend Mike and this dealership. More

The sales person Jacob Ray, and the entire Subaru staff, made this quite an enjoyable event. Jacob never attempted to "high pressure" the sale, which is so refreshing to me. He is an exceptional sales person. I will recommend Subaru to any one that asks me. Outstanding customer attention and the realization that the typical consumer wants to make there own choices and decisions and not be pressured into buying a product. I learned about the car without any pressure to buy from Anthony, something that does not happen at all dealerships. As a result, I will refer all my friends to Tucson Subaru! Since Tucson is my home, I plan to frequent the Tucson Subaru regularly for service and parts. In fact, I recently purchased and installed an engine under guard. Adrien ordered the part for me and Jason went out of his way to accommodate my tight schedule with very little notice. When I brought the car in the next day, the job was complete before the estimated time! To top it all off, even though I did not buy my vehicle at Tucson Subaru, Terry connected me with Steve, who spent about 30 minutes with me and my new car, walking me through several of the features. I am very appreciative of the time both Terry and Steve gave to help me learn more about my new Forester. I love, love, love my new Forester and now I'm a huge fan of Tucson Subaru!
