Came for an oil change; left with two new cars We dropped off our GX for an oil change with Augustin Soto, and chatted with Nick Makrakis while we waited. We looked at several new cars as Nick work We dropped off our GX for an oil change with Augustin Soto, and chatted with Nick Makrakis while we waited. We looked at several new cars as Nick worked on getting trade in values for our two. Nick was committed to come up with a deal we would be happy with. He did did such a good job, we elected to buy two new cars. Paperwork with Marcus Atkins, even for two vehicles was relatively quick and easy. We left in just over the time it took to do an oil change and wash, and we came back the next day to pick up our vehicles. Nick went over both vehicles, which were immaculately prepared (with big red bows on top) .Nick's service was excellent for the entire experience. I did not mention to Nick or Marcus, but I expected the sales manager, general manager, or both to say thank you. More
