Generally less than satisfactory experience when paying off a one pay lease. Biggest complaint was I was not given full and accurate info on the payoff total prior to arrival. Also waited nearly 75 min to off a one pay lease. Biggest complaint was I was not given full and accurate info on the payoff total prior to arrival. Also waited nearly 75 min to see finance guy with very little explanation for the delay. Would have expected at least an occasional update on when he might be available. We had an appointment for 1020 but did not meet with finance until about 1140 after sitting in the salesman’s office fir over an hour. Delays happen but at least try to keep the customer informed. Service dept was very good. No issue with finance once we got to sit down with him. More

We arrived & waited 30 minutes in Service Dept. as they couldn’t locate our car that was being serviced! Was very aggravating! Caleb our finance guy was at lunch & he took our car directly to service Dept. couldn’t locate our car that was being serviced! Was very aggravating! Caleb our finance guy was at lunch & he took our car directly to service Dept. for inspection. We were never told who our service manager was so no one knew what was going on. An older woman with blonde hair named Lee kept asking us what did we need today & what we were we doing there!If you don’t know who your service advisor is your are just plain out of luck! Not very good customer service at all! More
