I think this is my second survey. I was so disappointed in the customer service. It shouldn't be so hard. I received a mailer for a service but forgot to bring it when I brought in m I was so disappointed in the customer service. It shouldn't be so hard. I received a mailer for a service but forgot to bring it when I brought in my car. I asked if I brought it when I picked up the car I was told "no", the mailer was for used cars only. I had to drive home, to pick up the mailer. It was indeed for service and it was honored, but to say I was annoyed is an understatement. I take my car to the dealership because it is convenient, and put up with what is often- not always - attitude. That said, the car runs well. More

The Albany Subaru repair shop is extremely well run, clean, and thorough. I arrived at 10:30am and was expected to have an Express maintenance service, which generally gets me out in an hour and a half. clean, and thorough. Alan had explained all the maintenance that would be included and we went over pricing. Then he told me the car should be ready in about 90 minutes. I’ve used this Express Service before and they are very accurate. Usually I walk along Solano Ave and they text me when the car is ready. This day it was raining so I just waited in their comfortable guest lounge (tea, coffee, water and snacks available). When the service was finished Alan went over the inspection and suggested additional services that needed attention and the costs. I was short on time but told him I’d schedule those repairs soon. All the reps are very helpful and I’ve been very pleased with them. I’ve been coming here since 2018 when I purchased my Subaru. More

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism at the Albany Subaru service center. I arrived for an express service oil change and I was immediately taken care of on a Saturday. The folks at Albany Subaru service center were absolutely fantastic! They helped me to figure out what was wrong with my car after it shuddered and died while I was driving it. They were very communicative f fantastic! They helped me to figure out what was wrong with my car after it shuddered and died while I was driving it. They were very communicative for the days in which they were conducting the service, including taking seriously and addressing some of my fears, which was helpful. Also, they went above and beyond in communicating with me and being ready for my arrival on the evening that I was hectically trying to make it in time to pick up my car before they closed. Very kind people and they didn't try to upsell me on anything- I'll definitely return here. More
