Went for Service, Bought a Car This annual service was the first of my 2011 S550 after being out of warranty. Learned they had a 2013 almost exactly alike, which had 2 more years of warranty. Was very pleased to deal with Barry previously, and Alex is a forthright service guy interested in doing things correctly. Barry provided all the info, acquainted me with the car, and enabled the deal. Went home in the 2013 quite pleased with the deal, and the timely service provided by Alex, and the thoroughness of the transaction accomplished by CJ. More

Very Satisfied With Our New Vehicle Experience. We arrived this morning with a 2008 E350 wagon that needed some work, and left with a 2015 M350 that better suits our needs. We have been customers fo We arrived this morning with a 2008 E350 wagon that needed some work, and left with a 2015 M350 that better suits our needs. We have been customers for many years, and today's experience certainly ratified our choice of dealership. From a quick, honest appraisal of our old vehicle's condition to fair financing terms for the new choice, we were treated like family, and enjoyed a very pleasant transaction. All of the staff seemed genuinely interested in our satisfaction with our choice, and helped us reach the best decision. Our salesman, Mr. London, was very knowledgeable about the new vehicle and was willing to spend as much time as needed to acquaint us with every aspect of our new purchase. Thank you very much! More

From the moment you walk in, till the moment you drive away in your dream car, they will cater to your every need, answer any question , follow up on promised items and complete the entire process in an efficient, professional, courteous and pleasant way. Rob, the sales adviser, is a no pressure, courteous and attentive peron. he answer every little question i had, no matter how insignificant, and then got me the answer to questions that were outside his realm. Gave me a fair price for my trade, a very good deal on my S 550 4Matic , and addressed all the concerns i had in a satisfactory matter, getting involved all the departments necessary, such as finance, service and management. And let's be honest. Why are you going to Mercedez Benz of Hagerstown? To get a good deal. and they will make it happen! They did it for me, and that means i will go back here for my next car, and suggest my friends and family do the same if they want to be happy with their next car purchase. CJ in finance gave me several options thru different banks and sent me 10 emails in 10 minutes! If that is not follow up, attention to detail and willingness to assist, then i don't know what it is. Definitely recommend her working the numbers for you , as they might be able to beat or your bank or Credit Union. And finally Justin, GM took the time to listen to my concerns raised by an independent inspection, addressed all the issues and made a more than fair concession to get the deal done. I will be back for service, tires and breaks as well as my next Mercedes, when the time comes. Stop searching around and once you find the vehicle you like on their website or lot, go in knowing you will get a good deal, get treated nice and walk away smiling in your new car. More

On this particular Saturday morning I was "looking" at different vehicles that could transport a wheelchair. Absolutely was just surveying the many vehicles when this very professionally attired lady, Chandra Dickson, asked if she could help, no, I'm just looking this morning. All by the way, I have allegiance to the "big guy" close to the isle in the showroom, couldn't remember Mike's name. Well, within moments out walked Mike Lavrenchik, I explained what had just happened, and, asked what type of vehicle would be best to transport a wheelchair, Within moments several trunk lids were up, and there was my favorite color, an E-Class 350 4M, Sports Model, Polar White with everything I wanted on a car!! Mike was really great to work with in all phases of the purchase!! Just so happened that Justin Harbert was working and could determine a trade in value for my 2 cars, one of which I bought at the Dealership in 2006 an ML350, where I found the "greatest service department" on the planet!! Please note: The Service Department and the quality of the automobile is why I came looking on this Saturday morning. Justin made the numbers work and CJ Brown was amazing at getting the paperwork done in such a expeditious manner. “Not just one person was responsible for this purchase, it took an entire Dealership!” More
