Alec thoroughly walked me through all the features of my new vehicle which for me was a lot since I was upgrading from a 2009 model. He was able to troubleshoot and remedy why I wasn’t able to connect to t new vehicle which for me was a lot since I was upgrading from a 2009 model. Bob Cerza was an absolute delight to work with! He was incredibly prompt and thorough in his email and phone responses. Not only did he secure me a better deal on the truck than I had offered, but He was incredibly prompt and thorough in his email and phone responses. Not only did he secure me a better deal on the truck than I had offered, but he also provided a comprehensive walk-through of the vehicle, reminiscent of old-school dealership service, with Alex. Alex's mastery of the truck's technology and creature comforts was impressive, especially considering I purchased a Mazda from a Volvo dealership. Henry in finance was equally pleasant and accommodating, and Serenity at the front desk was simply wonderful. I cannot express enough praise for this dealership. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, especially Stacey Hopson, David, Alex and Jean even though I had an unexpected issue with my 2024 XC90 Volvo the day after I got it.
