To the management team, great job with your sales staff. My wife and I felt like the only consumer at the dealership while shopping and negotiating our deal. Dan Cohen, Sales Manager/Director and Alex our salesman were both stand up guys.
Not strangers to the dealership since our son purchased a vehicle and so has his girlfriends family (3 cars). I could see why Liberty Subaru is rated very high and Top Dealer status.
Keep up the good fight for the consumers. A good business strategy makes good business sense.

I have been a Liberty Subaru customer since 2001, and there is no question that the reason my family has bought or leased 11 Subarus is due to the incredibly positive experience we have had at Liberty:
1) no hard sell, all of the employees go out of their way to make leasing/buying a simple process, both Alex and Tom have always been extremely knowledgeable about whatever car they sold
2) Dan Cohen: very fair and honest, not trying to make a huge profit at your expense
3) fair evaluation of trade in; they were never more than a few hundred dollars off Kelly Blue book
4) easy financing, the process was painless
There are a lot of Subaru dealerships in driving distance to me, I would never go anywhere else, working on my families 12th subaru!

Several weeks ago, I went to Liberty Subaru to have my 2012 Subaru Outback serviced. While waiting, I stopped to speak to a salesperson named Alex Welch. I had been thinking about purchasing a new Subaru for some time, and we talked about some sales that were taking place. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable, and quoted me some prices for a new Outback.
Some weeks later, I returned to Liberty with my daughter and granddaughter. Three generations of ladies! Alex was busy with customers and we were assigned another lovely gentleman, John Clarke. He was patient, friendly and funny and explained our options clearly. Originally, I had been dreading the entire experience, but instead I found the experience to be painless and even enjoyable. (The candy treats John had on his desk certainly helped to win over my granddaughter, Elizabeth!!)
When it was time to pick up my new car, John even came in on his day off to finish the sale and explain all the new features and how to use them. Of course, that took some time for my "old brain" to comprehend! John "sacrificed his leisurely coffee and eggs at home" to be there.
I was grateful for all the lovely people who helped make my experience such a positive one!

The Forester bought today replaces the Forester bought here 9 years ago. Thus dealership should be recognized for the attention and time spent with customers from its capable and friendly staff.
The salesperson that served us 9 years ago was still active on the sales floor and the salesperson who sold us the replacement auto today, John Clarke, served us in a similar manner.
It was a pleasure working with Alex to buy our first car. He patiently answered all our questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process. My husband and I were a little nervous at first but we are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend.
