He even took the time to sit and go through some of the features of the new vehicle. Casey is always pleasant, answers all of our questions very honestly, and is friendly and professional. We believe very strongly in being loyal to people and business when they have shown us that they value us as people and consumers and Casey, Dean and the rest of the MBU Annapolis team have definitely done that! We've purchased four cars (both new and CPO certified-used) from Annapolis Mercedes-Benz in the past year (2022/2023). Probably the best car buying experience of my 60+ years. The salesman, Darnell Bowens, was responsive but not pushy, friendly, professional and able to answer my questions honestly. Once we had the details worked out, we met the finance guru (Allan Belcher), who was able to beat the rate I had with my bank. He too was friendly and had a nice sense of humor. Not over the top, but just right and actually enjoyable. Their process was efficient, again, not pushy and we wrapped up the deal without issue. The dealership facility was very nice, clean with professional and helpful staff all around. The bottom line is that I have been looking for the model, features, color (interior and exterior) for over 3 months. I had been promised vehicles at 2 Virginia dealerships that didn't come through and a 3rd that said their mark-up was non-negotiable. Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis took care of me without a hitch. More
