The last time that I have been in a car dealership was 20 years ago, so I was very stressed when my old car broke and decided to buy a car that we never even drive before. Andrew Gallagher has made the buying experience such a smooth and joyful moment. He made things happening very quick and very patient to explain everything to a new buyer like me. I wish I had not stressed myself out before stepped into the door, but I know I have forgotten all that when I was driving the new car home, thanks to Andy's great help and pleasant experience with finance and management as well. The nav and voice recognition (Hi Mercedes) waaaay exceeds Siri and maps. The handling is waaaay better, the ride is waaaay better, every feature is waaaaay better. My life is once again a continuous road trip. Thanks Andy for making this happen. More

The manager and the financial executive were all very pleasant and helped to make the transaction as quick and efficient as possible. The showroom was well stocked with a variety of all the models. He assisted me with my trade in, he took his time to find out exactly what I wanted and what fit my lifestyle. He is so gracious and accommodating. He made sure that everything I needed was taken care of, including taking care of an existing service center invoice. Andy got me into a brand new GLC350e hybrid while taking care of my existing C250 trade in. He handled it all so seamlessly. Andy also had a team of folks who were extremely friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks Andy! More

Salesperson was a great guy...management not so much. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle (so I thought) only to receive a call 3 weeks later from the finance manager telling me that there was an issue with Purchased a pre-owned vehicle (so I thought) only to receive a call 3 weeks later from the finance manager telling me that there was an issue with the bank and that they could not sell me GAP insurance due to my status as a military spouse. I would need to sign another buyers order and either get no GAP insurance or have to secure a different loan. Fortunately, my credit union offered acceptable loan terms with GAP. I spoke to the Sales GM, Mike, and explained that due to the inconvenience of having to go get my loan paperwork reprinted, review/sign the buyers order paperwork (again) and overall just having this issue weigh on me for a week while I was out of town that I would like the $299 processing fee refunded to compensate me for the hassle. Apparently Mike can't make a $300 decision on his own and had to consult the owner, resulting in an offer of $150 to me (since I had to go get them a check, says Mike). Clearly, these guys are missing the point. Getting them a check wasn't difficult, it's more of the principle -- they screwed up and I had to do some running around and worry about not having a secured contract for the vehicle. Last time I or any of my family will ever deal with these folks. More
