Great experience. Got a good price and the buying process went quickly. Jem was ruthlessly efficient. Appreciate James finding the vehicle so fast even though you didn't have it on the lot - As a result we were able to take advantage of the low rate on 4runners. Andy was great from beginning to end. Dom and Don in parts were very helpful as well. Would definitely come back to buy again, and will recommend to friends if they're looking for a Toyota. Keep up the good work More

I live two hours away and it was my understanding that all the paperwork would have been prepared before I came to pick up my car. It took all day which I was not happy about. Nobody went over the vehicle all the paperwork would have been prepared before I came to pick up my car. It took all day which I was not happy about. Nobody went over the vehicle with me....I had to figure it out on my own. They didn't tell me when to bring it in for its first service date and none did a followup to see if I'm happy with my vehicle. Customer care is important More
