Had to wait 8 weeks for my truck but not dealership's fault. People were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Another Positive Experience I was greeted promptly. The service rep advised me of the service that would be done and time that it would take, then I proceeded to wait in an area I was greeted promptly. The service rep advised me of the service that would be done and time that it would take, then I proceeded to wait in an area that was comfortable. The car was ready in the amount of time described and was washed. After explaining all that was actually done during service I was able to pay for service quickly and was on my way. A very positive experience. More
