The experience was great compared to the Roseville location. Realistically, the bar was so low due to the extremely poor customer service and lack of professionalism as Roseville Toyota that I didn't expect much at the location but everything was great. From the first person ai talked to to picking up the car from the last associate, the experience was great. Thank you
