When I drove my new 2022 Kia Soul off the lot on Friday the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back ordered. They kept me posted on what was happening. As soon as they were able to get those parts, they got me in and replaced audio system and outlet. Happy to say they stayed right on top of the situation. More

I knew exactly what I wanted going in, and I contacted them ahead of time. When we arrived the car was clean, dry, gassed up, warm and ready for a test drive. I will be back again for my next vehicle, but it will be at least 10 years from now due to Kia’s fantastic warranties. More

STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!! When somebody says they will call you back, don't count on it!! They're no business ethics at Jim Butler KIA, it is a shame that Jim Butler has such a quality name here in St.louis.
