This was my 2nd purchase from Jim Butler Kia. Cheryl was very accommodating, helped me test drive 6 different vehicles, and clearly laid out all of the options for me. Our recent automobile purchase was the easiest by far of any we have made. Our sales associate, Jean Silverio, was personable and very attentive to our needs. We had some credit issues due to medical expe any we have made. Our sales associate, Jean Silverio, was personable and very attentive to our needs. Cheryl Cooper was great! She made me feel very comfortable from the initial Telluride presentation all the way through to the key handoff.
