Cant say enough great things about Elder Ford and my experience there buying my truck. I had spoke to several dealerships about what exactly i was looking for and not only did Elder ford give me the bes experience there buying my truck. I was looking for something very specific and they made it happen and at a price i was very happy with. I will be back to buy an Expedition in the future and the process was smooth and quick and right to the point. Nothing irritates me more than the back and forth of offers between my salesman and the managers and there was none of that here. Worst buying experience I've had in 20+ vehicle purchases. Bait and switch tactics with vehicle add ons, dishonest sales people, incompetent finance manager who changed numbers on finance docs, re purchases. Bait and switch tactics with vehicle add ons, dishonest sales people, incompetent finance manager who changed numbers on finance docs, required us to re-sign all contract documents, still sent to us 6 times of incorrect documents before they were fully corrected and signable. Insulted us, yelled at us over phone, threatened us ..... the list goes on. Unbelievable they're still in business. More
