You truly have great people working at MBOTW. My car is now 4 years old, and I have been extremely happy all the way from sales 4 years ago to my services today. On my way home from my recent service appointment, I hit a large landscaping concrete stone on the service road, which destroyed my front passenger tire and rim. I called Benz roadside and Miguel Orozco from MBOTW Roadside Assistance responded. Miguel was friendly but professional, and he was a blessing on a difficult day. I bought my car at MBOTW and have used their services for everything related my car. I have been very pleased with all the staff at MBOTW starting with Martin, Ashley, Gaston, Miguel and others. I have had the pleasure of doing business with this dealership since the day it opened. I had a total of three different vehicles serviced here. Since day one I have had nothing but exceptional service dealership since the day it opened. I had a total of three different vehicles serviced here. I had a situation in which my Parking Brake Warning Light came on unexpectedly. I was only a few minutes away and took my vehicle directly to MBOTW (without an appointment) at 4:00 p.m. I was immediately gre came on unexpectedly. I was only a few minutes away and took my vehicle directly to MBOTW (without an appointment) at 4:00 p.m. I was immediately greeted on arrival and your team member took my details and went to find a Service Advisor to assist me. Whilst waiting (only a few minutes), I was asked by two of his colleagues if I had been assisted (and assured them that I had, but this was much appreciated nonetheless). Mark Escobar came assisted me (Mike Lange, who is my regular Service Advisor, was tied up with other customers at the time although, when he had a chance, he checked in on me). Happily, the problem was determined, the part was in stock, and after a very relaxing two hours in your pleasant Guest Lounge, I was on my way. Given that we are driving to West Texas this weekend, it was critical that this problem be identified and resolved. Mark did an outstanding job of getting me into the service queue, shepherding my vehicle through the process, and keeping me informed the entire time. Like Mike, whom I originally followed from MB Houston North, Mark is an excellent Service Advisor and a credit to the MBOTW team. While waiting, I spoke with Anthony Walding and shared my thoughts and appreciation regarding his outstanding team. Your service team truly delivered the best level of customer care possible. We experience customer service excellence with each encounter, whether it's sales or service. The operations flows consistently and efficiently, where teamwork is obvious as they have each other's back encounter, whether it's sales or service. This is a clear reflection of management's leadership by example as exemplified by Anthony Walding, Erich Beasley, Nic Botusan and others. Isaiah Martinez explained my options for the issues identified and reviewed the service plans and expiration dates of the relevant features. Very helpful in our decision process. We are always left feeling cared for, respected and each engagement is professional, informative and really fun. The high caliber of service and the authentic and easy sales exchanges keep this household loyal to the Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands! More
