Ron Allgood is the perfect car salesman; he is friendly, funny, and knows his stuff.... he went through all the electronics on the dashboard with us and got my phone set up on bluetooth (we are old and probably wouldn't have used it without his help) We get our oil changes at Zimmermans too. Kyle Ruser did out financing for our new car and he got us a great deal at our credit union and went through the paperwork with us in terms we could understand. They have friendly service dept with a perfect waiting area (that includes drinks and snacks and a large screen tv) The experience has been so good that it's brought us back to Zimmermans again and again. More

The Honda Accord was the right fit I hadn't purchased a car in more than 10 years. This was the year to get a different car. I went to many dealerships and dealt with nice people at each one. I found that I was having trouble finding a car seat that supported by back and hips. I finally found a car and car seat that worked for me: the 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Jeff Dolan and his sales manager, Sean Fortin, were great. They were very patient, very knowledgeable and worked with me so I could find the right car at a rate I could afford. I was very pleased with how I was treated by Jeff, Sean and the rest of the Zimmerman Honda team. I also am very happy with the car I purchased. More

The first time my then new husband, Kevin, and I needed a new vehicle he said we had to go see Ruth at Zimmerman. We did, we bought and we returned!! That vehicle was a 2004 CRV. This time we returned to new vehicle he said we had to go see Ruth at Zimmerman. We did, we bought and we returned!! That vehicle was a 2004 CRV. This time we returned to purchase another CRV (2014). I loved my 2004 and couldn't see buying anything else. Hubby wanted me to drive other types so I did but I knew and Ruth knew I wasn't going to be happy until I got behind the wheel of another CRV. We were both right. Kevin has been a return customer for 21 years. I plan on remaining Ruth's customer for a long while. It is wonderful to find an honest, happy, and fun sales person. This is such a huge purchase for me. You see we buy new and keep until they die or I wreck them. (My first time, honest!!!) And let's face it, you can't find an inexpensive car. It is really a commitment. That is why we keep looking her up. I trust her. Now the service department. Kind, courteous and patient. Time counts in everyone's schedule and they respect mine. I will put one more plug in for Andrea at the front desk. That woman deserves a raise on the shear patience she has with Kevin.
