Overall the experience was excellent. Becky Vanbobo was very helpful, friendly and very efficient. She was a real delight to work with. The only bad experience was dealing with the fin Becky Vanbobo was very helpful, friendly and very efficient. She was a real delight to work with. The only bad experience was dealing with the finance person. He made mistakes with regard to the price of the vehicle and would have cost me over $2,000 if I had not caught it. In addition he made misleading statements with regard to the cost an extended warranty. He also was not up to date with regard to Honda's latest decision to extend engine warranty due to head gasket issues. If Becky did not help out I am not sure he would have got the paperwork correct. Not sure his mistakes were deliberate or due to incompetence. More

I had a very positive and very easy sale process for a used Ridgeline from Dover Honda. They had what I was looking for on the lot, it was quick and easy to schedule a test drive, I was not pressured to used Ridgeline from Dover Honda.
