So I came into the dealership to test drive a car. Didn't end up liking the car very much and before I left, Michele simply suggested looking to see what else they had on the lot. I'm a car fanatic so I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with and I had so much fun looking for the perfect car that fit my budget and my needs. It didn't feel stressful or forced. It was like I was going shopping with an old friend who had my best interest in mind. And when I said I didn't like a car, that was that. There were no efforts to try and get me into a specific car or to get into one at all. She simply allowed me to sit in as many cars as I wanted and test drive them until I found something i liked. That's not easy to find in a car dealership. Nor a sales person, Michele is awesome. More

The dealership was very clean, organized and everyone there was helpful and friendly. It looked as though everyone truly cared for their customers. I was really nervous going into the whole car buying scene but she right away took me under her wing and helped me make a wonderful and educated choice. I would recommend her to everyone. Easy to talk to, personable, patient, caring and funny! To wrap up all the paperwork side of things I worked with Becky, again another wonderful women who was so knowledgeable on any question we had and then some. Truly a pleasure to work with! In February, I came in to your dealership to test drive a 2021 Ridgeline. My salesperson was Becky who was a pleasure to deal. I also met briefly with Paula and enjoyed meeting with her. As a result my co 2021 Ridgeline. My salesperson was Becky who was a pleasure to deal. I also met briefly with Paula and enjoyed meeting with her. As a result my comfort level with the two of them, I decided to purchase a Ridgeline from your dealership even though there are other Honda dealers closer to home. Since the 2021's were just arriving at dealerships and the trim and color I wanted was not available, Becky told me that she would let me know when you had one coming in the trim and color I wanted. On March 22, Becky called to let me know they would have the trim and color I wanted coming in the next month. We agreed to a price and I provided a credit card to place a down payment. In April, Becky contacted me to let me know the vehicle would be built sometime between April 11 and 18 and should arrive three weeks after that. Finally on June 7, I get a call from Becky to let me know my vehicle had just arrived and was being unloaded. But then the kicker, the price was going to be $3,200 more than we agreed to on March 22. I told her I would not be buying if it wasn't going to be for the agreed to price in March. I asked to speak with a manager. She told me that Eric, the general sales manager was not in that day but he would be in the following day and that he would call me that morning. Eric never called. My mistake was never asking for a bill of sale in March. My credit card deposit was never processed. While I understand the market changed considerably because of semiconductor chip shortages, I expected and put my faith in the dealership honoring the price that had been agreed to in March. Apparently you put profits over a good faith deal. Neither you nor I were responsible for the delays and your cost did not change. The only thing that changed was how much more you could make by selling the vehicle to someone else. What started out as a very positive and trusting relationship turned very negative as a result of your decision to not honor the deal we agreed to and then to add insult to injury, Eric did not give me the courtesy of a call back.
