I came in the the dealership for the first time and I was impressed how helpful Allan was. He patiently explored my options and we were able to come up with an equitable deal. Buying my new vehicle was a pretty easy and no hassle process. When we were walking through the lot, Al came out and said hello and that if we needed anything to let him know. He arranged for a test drive of a Ridgeline and off we went. After the test drive we sat down and talked a bit about the vehicle we drove and the new ones that were coming in. We left it at "I am interested but I have to arrange financing and think on it a bit more". Al was cool with that and no pressure. A few days later he called to ask if we made any decisions and I said yes I want the pickup. After that it was super simple. He sent me an email with the information the loan and insurance people would want. I sent him a document to prove financing. Then I went in to pick it up. During the pickup process, you spend about 15-20 minutes with the finance person. This is a very easy going process. Then you go back to Al who finally puts a little pressure on you. He really wants you to be happy so he is pressuring you to let him walk you through the vehicle and show you any tricks that you may not know about it. It wasn't really pressure but this is just to show how easy the process is. Al is very knowledgeable about Honda vehicles and really did show me some tricks. I enjoyed working with him and the rest of the team at Dover Honda. Incidentally, I had been to Dover Honda a few months back for a routine service on my 11 year old Honda so I already knew the people there were nice. At least in the service area. More

Allan is very knowledgeable about cars and services at Honda. This was my first time buying a car and I didn't know much about cars. Allan is very friendly, honest, and does not pressure one into buying a car. We went to the dealership not knowing what to expect and he was the first one to greet us at the door. Took the time to look for other used cars in the system and explain pricing since I was looking for one on the less expensive side (which is hard these days). He even helped me screw on the license plates afterwards since I didn't own a screw driver! I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a new or used car speak to Allan! I live close to the dealership and I know I can go back and ask questions anytime! Thank you again Allan! My family and I appreciate your help! More

I just purchased a car at Dover Honda and I was incredibly pleased with my experience. Allan, the salesman who helped me, was so patient, kind, honest, and accommodating. It took me a few trips to finally make my decision and he was very understanding and patient throughout the process. In the end, once I was able to come to a decision, he even stayed past his shift to make sure I could get all of my paperwork done and drive my new car right off the lot- not having to wait another day. He is a great salesman and I definitely recommend visiting him at Dover Honda if you’re considering purchasing or leasing a vehicle! Thanks again, Allan! :) More
