This was my second time for service on my RAV4 Prime. First was it’s first check up and the second for a recall check. I’ll be honest, my first time wasn’t wonderful so I was a bit nervous about this r First was it’s first check up and the second for a recall check. I’ll be honest, my first time wasn’t wonderful so I was a bit nervous about this round. I shouldn’t have been. My check in was smooth and expedient. I asked about my wait time, since that was the issue with my first visit and was told between an hour and hour and a half. At the hour mark, my service person came to tell me I was all set! Simple as that! Thank you for the great experience. Unfortunately I cannot remember the young man who checked me in. He helped me my first time and was still training . In a month’s time, he was completely up to speed for my second visit. More

The car scheduled to be picked on Monday the 24 g at 2:00pm. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the salesman and we started the walk through. Everything looked good until we reached the rear passen 2:00pm. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the salesman and we started the walk through. Everything looked good until we reached the rear passenger door.Thr door had several lightly scratches all over the door. The salesman took pictures and I told him I would not take delivery of the vehicle until all the repairs was done The General Manager wanted to see how bad it was. We went to inspect the car together and he proceeded to try and tell me that the scratches were superficial. My response was, he had access to the expertise and they could repair the vehicle .I was not going to accept that vehicle the way it was and since it was a certified vehicle it had to be repaired.I also mentions that if that couldn’t happen , then mayb I should take my business elsewhere. I was able to take delivery of the vehicle a day later to my satisfaction. More
