This afternoon, my father, mother and I drove from North Jersey after negotiating a price on an XT6. I dealt with Bill Dericco during the sales process and he was very pleasant to deal with despite him wor Jersey after negotiating a price on an XT6. I dealt with Bill Dericco during the sales process and he was very pleasant to deal with despite him working from home knowing we would not be meeting him in person. He then handed off the closing of the deal to his Manager, Harry Boyer who was professional, friendly and courteous. Usually buying a car is not the most joyful experience dealing with the haggling etc. but Bill and Harry were respectful and took an offer from another dealer into consideration while working on the final numbers. My father really liked the Auburn interior so we were motivated to lease the car from this dealer since they had his choice color combo in stock. It was a seamless process, Harry got my mom a bottle of water while she waited on my dad to sign the paperwork which was thoughtful. I am sad that they are not my local dealer as I would have looked forward to getting the vehicle serviced there. Harry called us to thank us again for coming down and doing business with him, my father was very pleased him and how he treated us at the dealer. I am writing this review because I work in financial services and I value relationship management which was reflected by the experience we had once we walked into the dealership. I also want to shout out the concierge, Kevin. I don't see his name or photo here but he helped my father understand his vehicle with patience and made sure we were satisfied with the vehicle prior to signing the paperwork. My father is in his mid 70's and it takes him a little more time for everything. Kevin took his time to show him all the features to explain everything in detail. Overall my family and I made it back home to North NJ safely , we can honestly say, we had a blessed day! Thanks again Team Delaware Cadillac! You all are awesome :) More

In spite of the COVID situation, starting the process with Bill, the salesmen, it was super easy and he was great to work with starting the negotiation process over the phone.
