Preston is my go to dealer in NE Ohio. I’ve purchased two Kias from Tom Barrett in the last nine years and he’s always the first guy I call when I start my vehicle search. The manager and I’ve purchased two Kias from Tom Barrett in the last nine years and he’s always the first guy I call when I start my vehicle search. The manager and finance guys at the Kia dealership were top notch too. Not pushy, pleasant, and just generally easy transactions. They even let me do overnight test drives, and then dropped off my wife’s new car and picked up her trade. Most recently, i worked with Dakota Frank at the Ford dealership. Although I didn’t up closing the deal, Dakota worked hard over two weeks to try to make it happen. Sometimes the numbers just don’t work and I’m glad I got to work with him. Oh and I got to meet the GM, Bill Preston, in passing and he was super gracious and down to earth, working to support his team. More
