Billy Shannon in service provided way more than I could have expected in response to a service issue. That assured my commitment to replace a XC-60 with Smythe a few monthe later. Due to a strange situation the new XC-60 was determined to be unsuitable after two weeks. Working with Kyle Jackson it was replaced with out any argument or stress. The cooperaton of Kyle and the staff was just amazingly responsive. I would never consider another dealer for future business. I cant thank you enough for a totally pleasurable experience. More
