Seldom do you walk into a car dealership ready to fork out a lot of money and feel good about the experience. But that’s happened to me and at Smythe Volvo in Summit NJ it’s happened four times in the pas out a lot of money and feel good about the experience. But that’s happened to me and at Smythe Volvo in Summit NJ it’s happened four times in the past 25 years. The reasons behind these rewarding experiences are simple: For one, the dealership possesses an extensive knowledge of the product, both inside and out. Next, the company’s business platform is based on the desire to do what’s best for the customer, not the other way around. Finally, the dealership conveys professionalism and respect for every. buying prospect who walks through the door. Recognition goes to the Flanagan family for marketing a fleet of products that hit the mark on every front. To sales representative Larry Pius, whose knowledge, affability, and willingness to keep the sales cycle moving in the right direction won me over. And to tech maestro Anthony Montiero, who walked me through the car’s updated technology and who I’m convinced were he not in the car business would be working Mission Control sending satellites into outer space from Cape Canaveral.
